Minova Announces a New Company in Scandinavia

Minova Bemek AB with headquarters in Solna, Sweden, was formed on 1st April 2006 and will be the 8th subsidiary of Minova CarboTech.
The signing of this agreement is an important step for the Minova Group for the future development of the Minova business activities in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
Minova CarboTech in Essen will be responsible for the targeted development of the business activities.
Marek Grocholewski, Marketing Director of Minova CarboTech, explains: "The completion of the cooperation with Bemek means an interesting expansion of the Minova business in Northern Europe. With our new subsidiary Minova Bemek, we expect to supply the northern mining, tunnelling and underground engineering industry more effectively with Minova's complete product range."
