WHOLE PROJECT RECRUITMENT

This usually applies to new mine start-ups where MPi can create a project team to work with our client. We are typically engaged at the feasibility study stage, providing advice with organisational structures, salary surveys and remuneration benchmarking. We also provide large-scale start-up recruitment project services, allowing our clients to focus on project development whilst we recruit their operational team.

In the last four years, MPi has conducted more than 50 mining project recruitment campaigns, exceeding the number handled by every other firm in Australasia.
