Mine-dewatering pumpsets

We have a variety of mine-dewatering pumpsets, including the mine site skid, which is very heavily built to survive the rigours of mining operations. It has large fuel capacity and can have a range of modular design pump sets fitted to it to allow us to use engine and pump combinations to suit the application.

It has large bars at one end to allow it to be moved by heavy earthmoving equipment, a gantry can be fitted to the pump end to suspend a suction hose, and a walk-around folding platform is fitted for ease of access when doing maintenance.

Our mine-dewatering pumpsets are available in a range of power sizes: 70kW, 100kW, 200kW and 400kW.

Mine pump rebuilds and maintenance

We regularly rebuild mine pumps weighing from a few kilograms to several tonnes. Our high-pressure experience includes 2,000kW high-speed multi-stage pumps, and diesel-drive hydraulic intensifier units operating at 280Mpa.

Link Pumps can rebuild pumps for a lot less than the cost of a new unit, without sacrificing performance or reliability.

Self-priming solids handling pumps

SPL series self-priming solids handling pumps are designed for economical and trouble-free operation handling solids, laden liquids and slurries. They are available in sizes of 2in to 14in (50mm to 350mm), with flow rates up to 400l/s and discharge heads to 68m with maximum solids handling of 3in (76mm).

The pumps are available in a variety of materials including cast iron, 316 stainless steel, CD4MCu, alloy 20 and Ni hard iron. We can build pumpsets to customer specification with electric or diesel drive, or supply a bare shaft.

Air-operated diaphragm pumps

Air-operated diaphragm pumps are available in sizes from 0.5in to 4in (12mm to 100mm) with flow rates from 0.8m³/hr to 50m³/hr and discharge heads to 60m. The pumps are available in a variety of materials: stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron and polypropylene. Diaphragms, balls and seats are also available in a variety of materials to suit any pumping requirement.

The pumps can be supplied bare or complete with suction and discharge port adaptors as required, complete with air control valves, and can be mounted within fabricated frames for ease of manoeuvrability on-site.
