Larox Flowsys - Valves and Peristaltic Pumps

Larox Flowsys manufactures pinch valves, control valves, manual valves, automatic valves, valve actuators, peristaltic hose pumps for transferring duties, peristaltic hose pumps for dosing applications and peristaltic tube pumps for accurate metering.

Larox Flowsys is the preferred supplier of pinch valves and peristaltic pumps. We focus on abrasive, corrosive and other demanding shut-off, control and pumping applications, serving a wide range of process industries worldwide. Our solutions offer substantial savings through improved performance, longer service lifetime and lower maintenance costs.

Manual and automatic valves

The manual and automatic valves are ideal solutions where shut-off and control applications involve abrasive or corrosive slurries, powders or coarse substances. The number of design variations is virtually unlimited as the modular structure of a Larox valve enables the selection of any actuator, valve body construction and sleeve material to fit specific process conditions.

Over 50,000 Larox valves are currently operating in mining and metal industries, as well as minerals processing, pulp and paper, chemical process industries, energy as well as oil and offshore industries. Numerous applications also exist in water and effluent treatment, dairy, food and beverage production, and pharmaceutical processing plants.

The Larox PVEG pinch valve

The Larox PVEG is a general-purpose pinch valve. Compact by design, the reliable PVEG valves are well suited for a wide range of applications, which require resistance to abrasion, pressure or aggressive media. The Larox PVEG valve is a simple, cost-effective and reliable pinch valve model ideal for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment in industrial plants, dry media and general chemical applications.

Technical features of the valves include:

  • 100% tight
  • Full bore
  • Only the sleeve is in contact with the medium
  • Long service lifetime
  • Flexible sleeve

Larox peristaltic hose pumps

Larox Peristaltic Pumps (LPP-T and LPP-D) have proven their suitability for a wide range of industries and applications. Designed for heavy industrial duties, the LPP-T pumps are ideal for abrasive, corrosive, viscous or crystallizing media. The LPP-D pumps are ideal for pumping diverse slurries and dosing a wide range of media.

The LPP-T and LPP-D peristaltic pumps are applicable to an array of applications and are ideal for processes involving industrial pumping and dosing of abrasive, corrosive and other demanding slurries.

Larox peristaltic dosing pumps

Designed for heavy industrial duties, the LPP pumps are ideal for abrasive, corrosive, viscous or crystallizing media. The LPP-D pumps are ideal for pumping diverse slurries and dosing a wide range of media.

A single, bearing-mounted roller presses against the hose only once per the 360° operating cycle, producing the maximum flow per revolution and offering the longest lifetime possible.

LPP and LPP-D pumps incorporate an advanced rolling design, which eliminates friction, maximizes hose lifetime and lowers energy consumption. The roller is mounted on a crankshaft creating eccentric rotation during the 360° operating cycle. Compared to conventional peristaltic pumps, the LPP and LPP-D pumps double the flow per hose compression.

Technical features of the pumps include:

  • 360° operating cycle
  • Only the hose is in contact with the medium
  • No gland water or packing
  • Full vacuum capability
  • No backward flow

Larox peristaltic pumps for metering

The newest member of Larox pump family, Larox peristaltic pump for metering (LPP-M), is ideal for pumping diverse slurries and metering a wide range of media. The LPP-M pumps are compact in design and their robust construction is straight designed and manufactured for industrial use. LPP-M is also equipped with a patented tube failure detection.

LPP-M pumps have wider programmability and controllability than any other comparable pumps. They offer excellent connectivity to all possible customer environments.

We have the solution to meet your valve and peristaltic pump requirements, with reliable advice and technology.
