LONGWALL HYDRAULIC PUMPS

We have a range of longwall hydraulic pumps. Inoxihp's multi-cylinder positive displacement pumps have proven high power performance with more than 1,000 pump units sold worldwide to hundreds of operators around the globe.

The PM range of pumps is the quietest pump in its class outperforming conventional plunger pumps by up to 10dBA. For example, a pump powered to 250kW driven by a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) electric motor produce 87dBA, with potential to achieve better than 85dBA if driven by a liquid cooled motor of similar capacity.

MULTI CYLINDER MINING PUMP LAUNCH

Australian designed and developed high performance pump control systems insure maximum power delivery combined with cost-effective components.

Our new 400kW multi cylinder mining pump launch is due at Hanover Industrial Fair - April 2007. It includes Australian 'duo control' output allowing full 400kW power application without resulting system surge, noise or expensive dampening systems

LONGWALL HYDRAULIC SAFETY

Inoxihp strive to maintain extremely high standards of safety where potential for harm may exist due to proximity of an operator to the high pressure longwall service systems. With this in mind we recently developed a unique product for power takeoff points such as roof support feeds that simultaneously isolates and exhausts residual pressure in both delivery and tank return lines to atmospheric pressure.
