COAL BUYERS - HOW WE OPERATE

It is a privilege for us to do business with you. If you are interested in our services this is the procedure to follow:

• First you need to send us a letter of interest authorizing us to initiate contacts on your behalf with potential coal buyers
• Next you need to provide us with the chemical analysis report of the coal that you want to sell. This report must be issued by an agency accredited internationally such as SGS
• Last we need information regarding the cost of FOB - FIC etc

Once we get a potential buyer we will verify their credentials and next we will subsequently introduce the buyer to you. From this point on you will initiate direct negotiations with the buyer.
