AVITO’s projects are delivered using an enterprise-wide contract management system (ECMS) based on the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) project delivery standard. This ensures a consistent and deterministic delivery on all projects, Australia wide. Together with our comprehensive quality, safety and management systems, the ECMS manages risk and controls deliverables for our clients.
