RMS MINING – HOTEL RESERVATION MANAGEMENT FOR MINE OPERATORS

RMS Mining has specialised functions to meet mining manager’s requirements. For example we provide an on-hold feature to manage periods of absence on leave and include a hot bedding management capability for shutdown operations.

Easy to use screens and daily reports provide accurate numbers on-site, making camp control and accountability as easy as pressing a button. RMS Meals may be combined with RMS Mining where dining hall management is required. Using the latest swipe card technology including RFI proximity devices, RMS Meals records meal usage and reports total activity from costing and regulatory purposes.

RMS Meals is an innovative system as it eliminates confusion over how many meals each employee has had, can be configured with an anti-pass back feature. Meal consumption can be billed back to individual companies and contractors.
