Thomas Manufacturing (Thomas) is a Queensland-based company dedicated to providing quality custom-made equipment to the crushing, mining and recycling industries. Thomas's products are designed and built in Dalby in south-east Queensland, which is centrally located to the capital city, central Queensland and interstate markets.

Thomas's overall strategic business objective is to provide excelled products in a variety of industries to exceed client expectations towards maximised profitability and longevity.

Thomas's products include but are not limited to bagging plants, batching plants, feed hoppers, conveyors, pre-coating plants, screening plants, stackers and trommels. In addition, we also provide plasma cutting services.

Batching plants for the mining industry

We provide strong well-engineered batching plants for mixing various mortars. The plants are designed to be mobile and easily transportable, and can be used for a wide range of applications within the mining and industrial industries.

Mining conveyors and stackers

Thomas provides conveyors specifically made for mining applications. They are manufactured to customer requirements and are available in sizes from 450mm to 1,800mm.

We also offer the Thomas Stacker, which is available in sizes ranging from 450mm to 1800mm, and ideal for a small quarry or large mining operations.

Free-standing and mobile trommels

A trommel is essentially a large hollow barrel that has a certain grade of mesh attached to the outside. The trommel separates mining materials, with the finer materials filtering out of the trommel and the larger materials staying in the trommel.

Our trommels range from free-standing to mobile, and we have now developed a mini trommel which can be towed by light vehicles.

Pre-coating plants and screening equipment

Thomas provides a range of pre-coating plants and screening equipment.

Our staff are made up of experienced managers, equipment designers, administration and skilled trades personnel. No job is too simple or too difficult for Thomas and we can customise our equipment to suit any specific needs.
