Precismeca - Idler Stations, Rollers, Training Idlers, Motorized Pulleys, Belt Pulleys

Precismeca Ltd is in the forefront of idler technology, design and construction. The primary objective of the company is to supply idlers, idler technology, pulleys and conveyor components as front-line products. Precismeca supplies replacement standard and custom-designed conveyor idlers, motorized pulleys and structures to many customers and projects around the world.

CONVEYOR IDLERS

Precismeca designs and manufactures standard and custom idlers that stand up to the toughest conveying conditions. In addition to standard products made to CEMA C, D, and E specifications, our F (HDE), XHDE and XXHDE series idlers are the most rugged available. Precismeca custom designs and manufactures conveyor idlers using the highest quality of materials to suit customer needs. Each conveyor idler is designed through advanced computer-aided technology and is based on the predetermined tolerances of stress loading and the distribution of load through the components of the conveyor idler.

PSV ROLLS

Precismeca now offers PSV rolls in addition to our standard conveyor rolls. The PSV roller series, currently manufactured at Rulmeca in Italy, offers the highest quality and the maximum load capacity of Rulmeca's production. The unique design of our hermetic seal system not only protects the bearings, but offers maximum effectiveness and long life, even in the presence of the most severe pollutants.

PSV Rolls are particularly suited to conveyors that operate in very difficult conditions. Typical types of applications are mines, cement works, coal-fired electric utilities and dock installations.

Precismeca provides pulleys on an as-requested basis, often offering alternatives that are more cost-effective or superior in design. Much of the world's pulley and pulley R&D takes place in Germany, which gives Precismeca Canada, a German-parented manufacturing company, an opportunity to utilise this high technology product.

MOTORIZED PULLEYS

For over 50 years, an alternative to conventional styles of conveyance drives has been making its way into everyday markets throughout the world. A compact unit that is hermetically-sealed, highly efficient and unaffected by dust, water, oil and grease contamination is available from Precismeca. Add to these characteristics a conveyance drive unit that is quick to install and requires virtually no maintenance, and you have the future of bulk handling conveyor drives.
