Incorporated in 1976, Kali Material Handling Systems is a leader and specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of material handling equipment and systems. The company manufactures and supplies high-quality belt conveyor subsystems for the mining, steel, thermal power, cement, and construction industries worldwide.

CONVEYOR PULLEYS

Kali designs and manufactures customized high quality, cost effective heavy-duty conveyor pulleys for hassle free conveyor operations. Our range of conveyor pulleys include parallel key type pulleys, gib headed key type conveyor pulleys, weld on hub type pulleys, locking assembly type turbo diaphragm conveyor pulleys, locking assembly type end discs pulleys, bearing type conveyor pulleys, hold down pulleys, hold down pulley adjustable type, end disc type non drive shrink fit pulleys and non drive weld on hub through bore type conveyor pulleys.

Our conveyor pulleys are manufactured in a wide range of dimensions. The shell diameter ranges between 193.7mm and 1,250mm, shell length between 350mm and 2,600 mm and shell thickness between 6mm and 45mm. Our pulleys can supplied with shaft diameters between 60mm and 420mm and in lengths between 500mm and 5,000mm.

IDLERS - FIXED, SELF-ALIGNING AND ADJUSTABLE

Kali designs and manufactures a wide range of idlers used for mining, processing and handling all types of raw materials worldwide. Our range of idlers includes fixed carrying idlers, fixed return idlers, fixed impact idlers, self aligning OT training carrying idlers, self aligning OT training return idlers, fixed transition idlers, adjustable carrying and return transition idlers, garland carrying idlers, garland return idlers, garland impact idlers, fixed picking idlers and self cleaning return idlers.

Our idlers are manufactured with belt widths of 250mm to 2,600mm and with belt carrying capacities of 10tph to 20,000tph. They are constructed with roller diameters of 60.3mm to 219mm and bearing sizes between 420204 (20mm bore) and 6318 (90mm bore). Kali idlers are designed to operate at belt speeds of 0.1m/sec to 5.4m/sec.

Apart from regular idlers, the company also manufactures special types of idlers that include non-magnetic idlers, weighing idlers, vibration free garland idlers, live shaft idlers, rubber lined idlers for corrosive atmosphere and picking table idlers.
