ENCLOSED CONVEYOR BELT

The enclosed, self-cleaning belt prevents any dust, product loss or carry-back spillage. The belt is capable of conveying large particles relative to the belt size, as well as negotiate tight radius horizontal and vertical curves - as small as 15 times the diameter of the closed belt.

The system has the capacity to convey over steep vertical inclines up to 80˚. With a unique modular design allowing for quick and easy modifications to the unit to suit the application, it can operate without interruption while shifting position or altering its path, even on rough or uneven terrain.

CONVEYOR SERVICING

The conveyor is simple to service, with easy installation. With the ability to rapidly change any system component, including a section of damaged or worn belt within 30 minutes, the need for splicing and lengthy downtime is eliminated. The use of multiple drive units to distribute loads along the length of the system results in low belt tension.

ONSITE CONVEYOR TRAINING

The ICSI solution is more than nuts and bolts – it is a service that meets your needs and continues to accommodate them through a customer care program. ICSI will supply onsite training for your staff and provide them with the repair and maintenance skills to ensure the smooth functioning of your system.
