ATC Group
ATC Group is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality cast, forged and machined steel components and wear-parts.	ATC provides cast and forged components; in the casting process, metal is heated until molten and poured into a mold or vessel to create a desired shape; forging causes the material to change shape while in a solid state.	ATC has the capability to cast mining and earthmoving components up to 3,000kg if required.
ATC can forge steel components, which are stronger and more reliable than castings and plate steel.	ATC’s wear protection solutions include tungsten carbide tiles, tungsten composite tiles or diamond composite tiles.

Belt Maintenance Service
Belt Maintenance Service specialise in the maintenance and repair of conveyor belt equipment for the mining industry.	Our experienced staff can engineer and fabricate solutions to clients’ specifications, including crib stations, clipping pods, cable boats, and mesh pods.	DCB sleds, spill trays, cable reels, belt spindles and shafts, stone dust stations, cross over platforms and chutes can also be made to order.
Impact beds fabricated by EMS	From our workshop in Mackay, we are able to provide maintenance services for mining safety equipment, including emergency strata response pods.

Bucyrus

ContiTech Conveyor Belt Group
A mine called Henderson in Colorado/USA: ContiTech supplied and installed over 50 kilometres of belt, all provided with the ContiTronic transponder technology, which reports automatically any operational faults. The belts are able to reduce the required power by approx. 8 %. This not only saves energy costs, but also conserves resources.	Modern CAD resources provide valuable conveyor belt design data. Dynamic analyses for example expose the stopping characteristics with surprising results.	Transponder chips embedded in the covers of our conveyor belts give the signals to operate the different CONTITRONIC® applications. CONTITRONIC® Conveyor Belt Systems are used for identifying, controlling and monitoring of conveyor belts.
The SICON® belt is capable of negotiating small-radius bends, thereby eliminating the need for transfer stations. The belt remains closed in the shape of a droplet from the feeding point to the discharge point.	MAXOFLEX® sidewall belts, manufactured in a wear-resistant rubber quality, are used for the transport of bulk goods. They offer high-quality long-term vertical conveyance solutions

HESE Maschinenfabrik
HESE offers shuttle heads for design, manufacture, delivery, assembly, and commissioning of power-plant coaling and open-cast mining.	HESE’s double pulley head-drive station with boom and belt clamping device has a capacity of 3,200mm, speed of 3.2m/s and power of eight 400kW units.	HESE’s hopper discharge conveyor includes a discharge chute, gate slide, control gate, dust collector and dribble chute.
HESE offers the design, manufacture and delivery of an intermediate drive HKA 800/1700 with a 1,400mm capacity, 3.2m/s speed and two 250kW power units.	HESE designed, manufactured and delivered 27 belt conveyor pulleys for one discharge and three downhill conveyors at a copper mine in Chile.

Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
Industrial Equipment Manufacturing provided the D7 apron feeder with 1,828mm wide apron pans for the Voisey Bay project.	Industrial Equipment Manufacturing’s conveyor galleries are supplied as tubular or fabricated rectangular type with sheathing, and are fitted with stringers, idlers and other features as required.	Industrial Equipment Manufacturing provides apron feeders, which are available with hydraulic or electric variable speed drives in D4-D9 sizes and with pans up to 96in.

Matador

MINET
