ContiTech Conveyor Belt Group
A mine called Henderson in Colorado/USA: ContiTech supplied and installed over 50 kilometres of belt, all provided with the ContiTronic transponder technology, which reports automatically any operational faults. The belts are able to reduce the required power by approx. 8 %. This not only saves energy costs, but also conserves resources.	Modern CAD resources provide valuable conveyor belt design data. Dynamic analyses for example expose the stopping characteristics with surprising results.	Transponder chips embedded in the covers of our conveyor belts give the signals to operate the different CONTITRONIC® applications. CONTITRONIC® Conveyor Belt Systems are used for identifying, controlling and monitoring of conveyor belts.
The SICON® belt is capable of negotiating small-radius bends, thereby eliminating the need for transfer stations. The belt remains closed in the shape of a droplet from the feeding point to the discharge point. CSC Kurskrezinotekhnika
Rubber-fabric conveyor belts manufactured by CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA have a maximum elongation of 2% under a 10% load. The present diagram displays test results of conveyor belts for a monthly period.	Conveyor belt on four fabric plies with strength 400N/mm is capable of substituting steel cord conveyor belt with strength 1,500N/mm.	CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA has its own impregnation workshop, allowing the production of a belt carcass with minimum elongation.
High-pressure hoses, reinforced according to EN 853-97.	Situated in the favourable geographic location of Kursk, CSC KURSKREZINOTEKHNIKA is able to deliver products to European countries and Central Asia equally fast.

FTT
Rubber fabric and steel cord conveyor belts, rubber mixtures and plates.	GTP flame resistant belts are designed for the toughest conditions of underground mines where safety and performance are paramount.	Steel cord conveyor belts are suitable for applications requiring long-distance carrying, high-speed carrying, high carrying capacity and high strength.
High-temperature resistant conveyor belts are used for transportation of hot lump and bulk materials in iron works, coking plants and cement plants.	Normal rubber fabric conveyor belts are designed to transport loose and lump material under typical working conditions.

Innovative Conveying Systems
The ICS conveyor uses multiple drives to distribute the loads along the length of the system, these drive units can be easily repaired or replaced when necessary.	The system is an enclosed conveyor that uses a patented corrugated belt to allow flexibility in both the horizontal and vertical directions.	The ICS can be mounted on a variety of custom built brackets, and the load and return strands can be side by side, one on top of the other or can follow completely independent paths.
The ICS 300mm belt is capable of negotiating a radius of 5m through to 270°.	The ICS 125mm belt is capable of conveying tight radius horizontal and vertical curves as small as 1.5m, and steep inclines of up to 80 ° eliminating the need for intermediate transfer points.

Intrepid Mining Equipment
Bottom drive belt brush: conveyor driven brush - xcellent cleaning on chevron or damaged belts.	Cresent secondary scraper: no maintenance, ease of installation, quick-release blades: allows excellent cleaning on slurry or wet conveyor.	The V-plough tail end scraper has protection for tail pulley.

Large frame-style presses are used for splicing heavy fabric and steel-cable belting. Operating pressures up to 200psi (14kg/cm2) and belt widths up to 2,400mm. Model LHK10D 35178R sectional press was supplied to splice the 1,800mm, ST7800 steel-cable belt at Los Pelambres in Chile. This belt has a splice length of 7,100mm.	The Almex Superspotters are designed for spot repair on belt widths up to 72in.

Technical Industry Services
Our standard bar scraper can be used as a pre or secondary scraper and is self adjusting through torsion elements.	The parabolic scraper is belt friendly due to its solid parabolic blade and is suitable on all materials.	The TIS drum scraper is suitable for conveyors where belts of different thicknesses have been joined together.
The return training roller works on a middle pivot point and tilts 45° for faster tracking reaction.	The trough training roller keeps the top belt in the centre of the construction.
