Heavy-Duty Fastener Systems Brochure from Flexco Details Conveyor Belt Splicing, Tools and Accessories

A 32-page color brochure from Flexco shows and provides full specifying information on four types of mechanical conveyor-belt fasteners for heavy-duty bulk-handling conveyor applications. Also presented is a selection of time-saving installation tools plus a number of accessory belt conveyor products that improve system performance while helping to minimize and simplify maintenance.
The brochure starts with a 5-step guideline for specifying conveyor belt fasteners, then proceeds into separate sections detailing the alternatives of bolt solid plate, bolt hinged, BR™ rivet solid plate and SR™ rivet hinged fasteners. The SR section highlights this line's recent upgrade to patented Scalloped Edge™ SR design for lower profile and easier installation, plus the newest, smallest R2 size SR for medium-duty belts burdened with heavy loads or higher tensions.
All fastener sections of the brochure are complete with fastener size and bolt/rivet selection charts, plus illustrated presentations of special tools and supplies for faster, safer splicing, and hinge-pin alternatives where appropriate.
