Eastern Petroleum manufactures tank vents, non-pressurized fast fuel systems, refuelling nozzles and a wide range of other fuel transfer equipment for use in mining applications and other industries.

TANK VENTS

Contaminated fuels are one of the biggest challenges to diesel vehicle operation today. Dirt in the fuel injectors can keep machines out of service. The ZV-13 filtered vent ensures that any air entering the fuel tank has been filtered to 100 microns, eliminating a major cause of fuel contamination.

NON-PRESSURIZED FAST FUEL SYSTEMS

Our non-pressurized fast fuel systems are perfect for use with vehicles and lightweight or composite fuel tanks.

The JN125 non-pressurized fast fuel system is easy to install and allows you to use your existing Wiggins nozzle, but does not pressurize the fuel tank. Capable of transferring fuel at 135gpm, the JN125 features several mounting configurations to match vehicle installation and can be mounted on any type of fuel tank, including plastic or thin wall tanks.

Wiggins retrofit installations can be achieved without any tank modification required. New applications are also easy to install, with multiple fittings and mounting configurations available.

The JN125 is designed for optimum safety and environmental cleanness. Overspill protection prevents fuel spills, reducing risk of worker injury due to slips and falls, while a wide range of mounting configurations allow fuelling to be completed while the operator stands on the ground.

Our VR300 system is also non-pressurized and can be mounted both directly on the fuel tank and in remote locations. The VR300 system can be modified by the addition of air / fuel separators and vapour collection and return systems. With a flow capacity of up to 300gpm, the VR300 system is designed for vehicles with large fuel tanks. Several manufacturers have equipped their vehicles to accept the VR300 mounting

REFUELLING NOZZLE

The ZZ9A1 refuelling nozzle has been redesigned with improved valves, materials and actuating mechanisms. Our refuelling nozzle can now deliver increased durability and flow performance.

Field mantainability is another new quality, ensuring that your Wiggins refuelling nozzles are available on the jobsite for immediate use when required.

Containing fewer than half the components of its predecessor, the ZZ9A1 nozzle now features a heavy duty piston seal and a high-quality injection moulding and die casting construction.
