Through our South American subsidiary All Rubber (Chile), Falcon conveyor belt splicing presses are now readily available in Latin America.
All Rubber is able to offer full service and support for the Australian-built presses which have proven themselves in the toughest environment on earth.
Already used in Peru for many years, the products are now becoming well know and widely used throughout other countries in South America. The presses have a very robust design while being of a lightweight nature. They are extremely easy to use and can be adapted to suit any conveyor belt.
The versatile nature of the modular system of vulcanising platens allows the press to be designed in segments which enable it to do the largest belts when fully assembled, and break down into smaller more individual presses for narrower belts.
As conveyors get continually wider and stronger, engineers at All Rubber have now introduced the B+ beams which allow for wider spans at higher pressure. Built with CNC machining and fully automated manufacturing, the Falcon splicing presses have still managed to achieve very high standards while continuing to maintain an edge in quality.
Designers are able to investigate all individual customer requirements and provide full assistance in tailoring a press to suit any needs. Options of lease hire are also available.
