Conveyor belting

All Rubber has more than 30 years’ experience in the conveyor belt industry. Australia’s aggressive mining industry has proven the quality of All Rubber’s EAGLE belting.

Belting of all configurations can be supplied from heavy fabric and steel cord belting with superior grades of natural rubber covers to lighter construction belts, and those for specialized applications including heat, and chemical resistance, as well as fire resistant and anti-static belts which comply with Australia’s most stringent underground requirements. Commonly available conveyor belting includes:

• General purpose conveyor belting
• Super abrasion resistant conveyor belting
• Heat resistant conveyor belting (up to 200°C)
• Fire resistant conveyor belting; rough top and profile conveyor belting

Conveyor belting can be custom manufactured to AS, BS or DIN standards. Most variations of two-ply to four-ply conveyor belting are commonly kept in stock. "M" or "N" grade conveyor belting rubber of various cover thicknesses is available.

Conveyor belt recycling operations

All Rubber has developed a unique conveyor belt recycling operation which allows old belts to be sliced and converted into new products. Therefore second hand and surplus belts are bought and sold, which greatly assists mines to meet their disposal requirements and achieve green credentials.

Screen mats

Rubber tension screen mats and moulded steel reinforced screen panels form a core part of operations. Superior product wear life and speedy deliveries have contributed to making All Rubber the largest manufacturer of tension screen mats in Australia.

Sheet rubber lining and adhesives

KONTEX sheet rubber lining material is supplied for use as wear resistant, chemical and heat resistant lining. Manufactured to proven and tested formulations, superior results have been achieved in the field of major mining operations compared to higher priced alternatives. A full bonding system is offered with KONTACT adhesives.

Moulded and mill liners

Any wear resistant moulded products can be supplied to suit specific customer requirements including mill liners, steel backed wear liners and ceramic liners.

Pulley lagging

KOLAG is a complete range of diamond embossed rubber lagging, in sheet or strip form up to 2m wide. Ceramic lagging is also manufactured to specific pulley face width or in full roll length.

Vulcanizing presses and machinery

FALCON portable splicing presses are the latest in air-bag technology. They are strong and yet light for transportation, and do a perfect joint for steel cord, fabric and PVC conveyor belts. Manufactured in Sydney, they are supplied around the world along with a full range of unique rubber machinery such as slicing and buffing machines.

Field services

Wesbelt, a subsidiary company of All Rubber and one of the major service providers in Western Australia, has a network of branches around the state, and offers on-site labour to install and maintain conveyor systems, rubber line steel components, and provide various other services.

In Queensland services are provided by East Coast Rubber, which specialises in rubber lining projects both in Australia and internationally. East Coast Rubber is affiliated with All Rubber and based in Brisbane but has operations also in the Northern Territory. Distributors such as Port Hunter Conveyors complete an Australia-wide network of specialist rubber lining and belt splicing teams. Transport products

Heavy duty transport products, such as FLEXI-GUARD truck mudguards / fenders, have proven performance particularly in roughed areas. Mudflaps and flooring are also supplied in a variety of different forms.
