Brisbane based manufacturers Ausroad™ Systems is currently constructing two new Stemming Trucks for delivery in November and December 2011.
One Stemming machine is due to go into service as a hire unit from late November 2011. This machine will be fitted to a Volvo 8x4 FM11 and include an 11m3 hopper, load cells, IFM Ecomat control platform to integrate all machine functions, joystick controls and programmed material volume delivery.
Brent Cleaning and Maintenance Contractors Pty Ltd based in Singleton, New South Wales, Australia will take delivery of their second 11m3 capacity Stemming truck in late December 2011. As with their first unit, this unit will also be fitted to an Iveco Trakker cab chassis.
"Our first Ausroad Stemming unit was delivered within our required time frame and has been operating non-stop since August 2011, we are looking forward to getting the second unit in operation," said Jeremy Brent, Brent Cleaning and Maintenance Contractors, manager.
The Ausroad Stemming Trucks both have 11m hopper capacities, positive drive conveyor belts (means no slipping even under full loads) with 760mm side travel making it easy to align the feed shoot with blast holes. Ausroad Systems are pleased to be able to supply these machines to both the local Australian and export market.
