Brisbane based manufacturers Ausroad Systems is currently constructing two new Stemming Trucks for delivery in July and August 2011.

Brent Cleaning and Maintenance Contractors, based in Singleton, New South Wales, Australia, will take delivery of an 11m³ capacity Stemming truck on an Iveco Trakker cab chassis late July. The Company will have the Stemming truck put straight to work contracting to Downer EDI Mining.

The second Stemming machine on order is being exported to Majwe Mining Joint Venture (Pty) Ltd in Botswania, South Africa. The 11m³ capacity Stemming machine will be fitted to a MAN cab chassis on site. The Stemming machine is to be used at the Debswana Diamond Mine in Jwaneng, Botswana on the Cut 8 Phase 2 Contract.

The Ausroad™ Stemming Trucks both have 11m³ hopper capacities, positive drive conveyor belts (means no slipping even under full loads) with 760mm side travel making it easy to align the feed shoot with blast holes. Ausroad Systems are pleased to be able to supply these machines to both the local Australian and export market.
