Ausroad™ Systems manufactures, distributes and hires stemming and material placement trucks as well as road maintenance equipment. The company is firmly established in providing economical stemming and road maintenance solutions to local governments, contractors and private companies.

Automated road maintenance equipment

Ausroad Systems' development of our new product, stemming trucks, has followed on from over 20 years of supplying automated road maintenance equipment.

In addition, we manufacture Jetpatcher® Road Maintenance units, Horizontal Discharge (HD) series road maintenance units, combined Jetpatcher / HD series road maintenance units and emulsion spray units (skid or trailer mounted). We also hire road maintenance units and stemming trucks.

Stemming trucks

Ausroad stemming trucks are designed to take the time and labour out of the stemming process. The process is fully controlled from the driver's seat via a joystick and offers proportional hydraulic control for accurate control and placement of stemming material. Trucks can be programmed to deliver either a controlled volume or weight of stemming material.

Our stemming trucks offer the following features:

• Customised to individual requirements
• Positive drive conveyor belts, so no slipping even under full loads
• Various designs available to suit specific requirements
• Remote-controlled side travel makes it easy to align the feed shoot with your blasthole

Road maintenance units

Ausroad Jetpatcher road maintenance units are available in hopper sizes from 2m³ to 8m³. The machine utilises low-cost materials (aggregate and emulsion) to produce high-quality road repairs. Applications include:

These units are customised with a selection of optional equipment to cover required tasks, including sealing and paving.

Horizontal discharge road maintenance units

Horizontal Discharge (HD) series road maintenance units are capable of handling both hot mix and aggregate, and are suitable for pothole patching (large and small), heavy maintenance, patch compaction and general maintenance repairs. Hopper capacities range from 2.5m³ to 6m³.

Combined Ausroad Jetpatcher / HD series road maintenance units are designed to give users all the benefits of the remote control Jetpatcher unit combined with the ability to deliver asphalt or quarry products when required.

Emulsion spray units

Ausroad's emulsion spray units (skid or trailer mounted) are self-contained units custom built to your specifications. Emulsion spray units come with various outlets including spray wand, spray bar, crack filling, etc, and are ideal for emergency repairs.
