VPS - Industrial Lubricating Specialists

VPS International BV has been manufacturing lubricants for over 20 years. Over time, we have developed into industrial lubricating specialists. One of our key markets is mining. In collaboration with different mining sites around the world (open pit as well as under ground), we have developed tailor made products to ensure heavy duty lubricating, reduce maintenance costs and increase production capacities.

VITAL MACHINERY LUBRICANTS

Although many of the lubricants used in the mining industry are general and available all around, it is in the extreme circumstance and lubrication of vital machinery where VPS makes the difference.

VPS products and services, provide full service to the needs of the mining industry and the vehicles and equipment on which it depends – fleets of large haul trucks and loaders, huge draglines and shovels, turbines, compressors, wire ropes, hydraulic systems and long conveyor systems.

MINING VEHICLE ENGINE OILS

Our range of engine oils includes the following:

• Rymco Universal HD Truck (CG-4 engine oil with ACEA E4)
• Rymco Endurox LD (CI-4 engine oil with ACEA E5)
• Rymco Endurox ELD (CI-4 engine oil with ACEA E7)
• Rymco Marlub series (High TBN monograde medium speed diesel engine oils)

MINING EQUIPMENT LUBRICATION

We can provide the products and the experience to ensure you select and apply the right lubrication to ensure maximum effectiveness and equipment longevity for any mining operation.

Apart from supplying our own brands, we do have the possibility of producing your service label which may be attractive or relevant for mining servicing companies.

All our products and delivery come with a machine or application warranty. Our range of greases includes:

• Rymco Lindax EP-2 (multi purpose Lithium EP grease NLGI-2)
• Matrix Poly HT-2 (polyurea grease – excellent multipurpose but designed for hi-temp)
• Matrix grease barium complex (low speed and high temperature grease)
• Matrix grease lithium complex (EP and high temperature grease for bearings)
• Matrix paste drill M-2 ZN (special zinc compound for drill rods and other couplings)

GEAR OILS

Our range of gear oils includes Rymco Gevitro EP (mineral EP gear oil for closed systems), Matrix Gearmax (mineral EP gear oil for industrial gears, both open and closed systems), Matrix Geartop PAO (full synthetic PAO industrial gear oil in a variety of ISO grades), Rymco Pandora TO-4 (TO-4 transmission fluid), Rymco Atexio II, Matrix Multiserv OGL (open gear product NLGI-00 for bushes and low speed anti-friction bearings) and Matrix Multiserv OGL TD (open gear product NLGI-00 suitable where all other products fail).

ONSITE LUBRICANT INSPECTION

Apart from cross referring products based on actual use, we strongly recommend to describe the application and circumstance thoroughly. Based on that, along with an on-site inspection, we can provide a full service line of products aiming to reduce maintenance costs and increase production output.
