UNIVERSAL MICRO-CERAMIC OIL

We specialise in universally employable lubricating oil additives for engines and gear oil in the motor vehicle range. The active substance is rapidly transported to the frictionally intensive parts of engines and machines by means of the oil and settles in the uneven patches, forming a protective layer. The frictional temperature increases the adhesion of the micro dispersed particles on the metallic surface (no film forming and coating), so that the parts subjected to the greatest wear are best protected.

AUTOMATIC GEAR OILS AND OIL ADDITIVE

We manufacture a solid-free special additive that reduces friction and wear on automatic transmissions. The active ingredients in the additive multiply the load bearing capacity and adhesive ability of the lubricating, sliding and sealing film, guaranteeing friction-free metal on metal sliding and preventing destructive direct contact between the moving parts.

DIESEL ADDITIVE

MICRO-CERAMIC's diesel additive combines combustion activators and cleaning additives to achieve a highly increased performance, an absolutely clean combustion chamber / clean nozzles and an associated reduction in fuel consumption in the range of 6% to 8%. Our diesel additive helps to prevent:

GASOLINE ADDITIVE

Our gasoline additive is a combination of active substances that simultaneously eliminate all possible negative impacts on regular grade and premium fuel.

Suitable for all two and four stroke petrol engines, the additive cleans gasoline tanks, pipes, injection pumps or carburettors, inlet channels, valves, piston rings grooves and combustion chambers from deposits, varnishing and resination and prevents these by continuous use.

HIGH PRESSURE GREASE

We supply extreme pressure greases based on lithium-12-hydroxystearates and solid Micro-Ceramic lubricants suitable for long term lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings subject to extreme loads.

Our long term high pressure grease with MoS₂ is suitable for greasing automotive parts subject to high loads and wear, ensuring long life span and reliable corrosion protection. The LL 500 water resistant, high pressure adhesive grease is recommended for water pumps and bearings subject to the influence of water and open bearing points.
