Second-hand weatherproof containers for shipping

Containers First has the complete range of second-hand containers available for hire and sale. We have all sizes in stock which include 3m, 6m and 12m. All these containers can be modified to suit any requirements you may have, are fully secure, lockable, weatherproof and are ideal for storage.

Our containers are constructed from a steel frame, timber flooring, double doors with 270° opening and corrugated steel walls. Accessories can also be fitted to these containers, including:

• Heavy-duty locking device for added security
• Louvered vents to allow air flow and keep cool
• Whirly birds to increase air flow and reduce inside temperature
• Shelving from archive to heavy-duty

Brand new high-cube shipping containers

Containers First also provides brand new general-purpose storage, high-cube and two pallet-wide high cube shipping containers.

Our high-cube shipping containers are approximately 30cm higher than then standard general purpose shipping and the high-cube containers are a great way to store larger mining items.

The two pallet-wide high-cube shipping containers are not only 30cm higher than the standard general-purpose containers but are an extra 6cm wider. This allows for two Australian standard pallets to sit side by side on the floor, making them ideal for transporting items and the storage of two pallet-wide cargos.

Portable buildings for mining sites

Containers First provides a portable building range. Our portable buildings come in 3m, 6m, 9m and 12m, sizes and are perfect for mine site offices, lunch, first aid and meeting rooms.

Flat-rack containers for mining cargo

Our flat-rack containers are designed to transport mining cargo which is larger than the dimensions available in general-purpose and open-top containers. They consist of a flat bed with fixed or collapsible ends.

Refrigerated and insulated cargo containers

Containers First offer refrigerated and insulated containers in 6m and 12m sizes. These are fabricated out of steel frames, with very heavy insulation, and for added strength have aluminium t-bar floors to allow air flow under and inside the product.
