Motive Traction Pty Ltd is a privately owned mining and rail equipment manufacturer and supplier. The company's mining division caters for a wide range of mineral processing and handling equipment as well as conveyor related items, including:

A comprehensive range of tables is manufactured, from the laboratory-size table through to the large triple-deck process model.

WILFLEY CONCENTRATING TABLES

Motive Traction is the manufacturer of the Australian Wilfley table. The Wilfley table has been manufactured in Australia for over 100 years and our table still retains many of the original design features incorporated into the original tables by Arthur Redman Wilfley.

The design of the Wilfley table allows for multiple table set-ups, where two, four or even eight tables tables share a common tails launder. This design concept ensures maximum usage of available floor space. 

We have a complete range of tables, from laboratory models right through to large process models. We manufacture single deck, double-deck and triple-deck tables.

REBURBISHED CONCENTRATING TABLES

We have a number of fully refurbished concentrating tables available. They are in excellent condition and are offered with new machine warranty. We also carry a full compliment of spare parts for a wide range of concentrating tables.

We have a large rebuild facility for concentrating table and many tables on offer including Scott, Butchart, Holman etc.

TRAMP METAL DETECTORS

The Motive Traction CE range of tramp metal detectors is in operation protecting a wide range of machinery from damage by metal.

The major feature of the Motive Traction CE series is its ability to be easily fitted to virtually any conveyor, whether it be a belt or vibrator type. High performance pulse induction electronics result in trouble free installations regardless of product type.

A range of control unit models and a wide range of search coils enable the company to offer a solution to virtually any metal detection problem.

CONVEYOR BELT CLEANERS

Motive Traction HPLV conveyor belt cleaners are the new approach to the continual problem of effectively cleaning conveyor belts without damage or wear.

Instead of using blades or brushes to scrape the product off the belt, the HPLV belt cleaner uses a series of High Pressure, Low Volume (HPLV) water jets to clean the return run of the belt.

By keeping the amount of water used very low and directing the cleaning discharge back into the product flow, the system operates without any product spillage or product build up, with the added advantage that the small amount of water introduced to the product stream acts as a dust suppressant.

CLYDE CARRUTHER BRAND SPARE PARTS

Through the purchase of the Clyde Carruthers spare parts business, Motive Traction can offer a full range of spares and accessories for Clyde Carruthers and Clyde-Jaques brand ball and rod mills, gas scrubbing systems, Pulsar insertable dust collectors and lime slaking mills.

SCREENING MEDIA

The Motive Traction screening division; Screentek Systems offer a wide range of screening media.

Screentek Systems have personnel highly trained in all screening media applications and all the staff have in excess of 10 years' experience in the design, application and selection of screening media.

A full range of screening products is offered by the company including rubber, polyurethane and wire.
