Oilpath Hydraulics - Hydraulic Control Equipment, Directional Spool, Solenoid-Operated and Hydraulic Cartridge Valves

Oilpath Hydraulics manufactures a range of mobile monoblock directional-spool valves and CETOP 3 solenoid-operated valves, and distributes HydraForce cartridge valves and proportional and Can Bus systems throughout Australia.

Oilpath Hydraulics flourishes in the demanding business of manufacturing hydraulic control equipment due to experience, commitment to quality and customer service, and has a proven record of reliable, on-time, on-cost deliveries. The company has mechanical and electronic engineers with over 135 years of combined knowledge and experience in the industry.

Custom manifold products

Large and complex manifolds are designed and manufactured by Oilpath Hydraulics using high-grade aluminium alloys, ductile cast iron and steel. HydraForce cartridge valves are used in their construction, along with some elements manufactured by Oilpath Hydraulics such as directional spools.

The company offers a competitive service for one-off prototypes, batch production and scheduled high-production quantities. Each manifold is function-tested at flows and pressures specified by the customer before despatch. Manifolds can be certified at the customer's expense during functional testing and records are kept of the test results for individual manifolds.

High-grade aluminium alloy manifolds

Oilpath Hydraulics manufactures OP112 CETOP 3 manifolds (parallel and series) using high-grade aluminum alloy. The manifolds have pressure and tank lines ported at both ends and a maximum pressure rating of 210bar. Up to six stations are available.

R-type manifolds

Oilpath Hydraulics provides the OP112 CETOP 3 R-type range of manifolds (series and parallel). The manifolds are fitted with a single industry-standard cavity VC10-2 tp, which allows for individual fitted relief valves, solenoid-operated unloading valves or the use of a HydraForce combined pressure-relief valve and unloader valve in the one cartridge.

Aluminium alloy subplates

Oilpath Hydraulics manufactures the OP111-A-R CETOP 3 subplate (with relief) using high-grade aluminum alloy. The subplate has a nominal flow of 30l/min, a maximum pressure rating of 210bar and a direct-acting relief valve.

Bottom-entry subplates

The OP111-B CETOP 3 subplate (bottom entry) is manufactured by Oilpath Hydraulics using high-grade aluminum alloy. It has a nominal flow of 40l/min, a maximum pressure rating of 210bar, a CETOP 3 (NG6) interface, and pressure, tank and service ports of ⅜in BSPP.

Subplates with pilot-operated relief

The OP117 CETOP 3 subplate with pilot operated relief is manufactured by Oilpath Hydraulics using high-grade aluminum alloy. It has a nominal flow of 40l/min, a maximum pressure rating of 210bar, a CETOP 3 (NG6) interface, ¾in UNF pressure, tank and service ports, and bottom and side-entry pressure and tank ports.

Solenoid-operated directional valve

Oilpath Hydraulics’ solenoid-operated directional valve (CETOP 3) has a maximum operating pressure of 350bar, a flow rate of up to 80l/min (subject to spool type), mounting surface to CETOP 3, low pressure drops, a wet armature solenoid design, as well as interchangeable spools and Hirschmann electrical connectors.

Cartridge valves

Oilpath Hydraulics distributes HydraForce cartridge valves in Australia. HydraForce is the largest manufacturer of hydraulic cartridge valves in the world and has two manufacturing plants, one in the US and one in the UK. Oilpath Hydraulics can offer any item shown in the HydraForce catalogue in usually less than 30 days, including the following:

  • Relief valves
  • Sequence valves
  • Pressure-reducing valves
  • Load-control valves
  • Solenoid valves
  • Proportional valves
  • Manual valves
  • Air-operated valves
  • Check valves
  • Shuttle valves
  • Diverter valves
  • Flow-control valves

Electronics for cartridge valves

Electronics that drive and control HydraForce cartridge valves are supported in-house by Oilpath Hydraulics using HydraForce trained mechanical/electronic engineers, who ensure the best possible service to OEM clients.

Directional valve products

Oilpath Hydraulics provides a wide range of directional valve products. The OP11 monoblock spool valve (up to four spools) has a parallel circuit of 45l/min and a maximum pressure rating of 350bar. Double-acting, single-acting and motor spools are available, as well as a provision for closed centre or power beyond.

Sectional spool valves

Oilpath Hydraulics offers the OPS10 sectional spool valve, which has up to eight sections, parallel and series, circulating 50l/min. The section spool valve has a maximum pressure of 350bar.

Monoblock spool valve

The OP20 monoblock spool valve with up to five spools has a series/parallel circuit up to 100l/min. It has a maximum pressure rating of 210bar, and double, single, high flow and motor spools are available. In addition, the monoblock spool valve is available with flow control spool and marine corrosion-resistant options, as well as a provision for closed centre or power beyond.
