Georyt Production Centre specializes in the design and assembly of hydraulic systems for powered roof supports and control hydraulic subassemblies.

We have been involved in manufacturing products for the coal mining, petroleum and gas industries for over fifty years.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEMS AND SUBASSEMBLIES

We design and build hydraulic control systems and hydraulic subassemblies used in mining (coal, gas), metallurgy, electromachine-building, building machinery and other industry fields. Subassemblies of hydraulic control systems designed and manufactured by our company include:

PILOT CONTROL UNITS

Pilot control sets are designed for adjacent control of props of the powered roof support. They are applied mainly in places where it is necessary to control several two-way-action receivers (props, hydraulic cylinders of shifters, roof-bar supports, correctors).

DIRECT PILOT CONTROL UNITS

RP direct control units are used in powered roof support and other hydraulic systems where hydraulic prop control is essential. The task of the RP direct control unit is to distribute hydraulic liquid from feeding installations to proper hydraulic props. Direct control units simultaneously collect hydraulic liquid from working props and pipe it away to run-off installations.

RB DISTRIBUTOR BLOCKS

RB type distributor blocks are used in powered roof supports to directly control the hydraulic props. Our distributor blocks can be applied in other fields, wherever there is a need to control similar receivers.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL DISTRIBUTORS

Hydraulic control distributors manufactured by Georyt consist of a body featuring two parallel hollows, with two check and draining valves per hollow. The valves are operated by a hydraulic impulse created by the control distributor.

HYDRAULIC LOCKS

Hydraulic locks block the movement of cylinder pistons in one or both directions by using hydraulically controlled check valves. Built-in safety valves protect the cylinder chambers against excessive pressure build up. The hydraulic locks maintain a nominal pressure of 32MPa and a safety valve setting up to 60MPa.

FLEXIBLE HYDRAULIC HOSES AND T-CONNECTION ASSEMBLIES

Flexible hoses with STECKO B (plug) connectors are designed mainly for use in feeding and run-off installations for hydraulic machines and mining equipment, and especially for hydraulic systems of powered roof supports.

The company's flexible hoses with STECKO B (plug) connectors are certified by the Central Mining Institute in Katowice for use in underground coal mines and other industries.

Our flexible hydraulic hoses are manufactured using double- or quadruple-braided hose material. Flexible hoses can be supplied with alternative connectors according to customer specifications.
