RANA has recently updated its Tommyknocker mobile refuge chambers
The company has refreshed the chambers by adding the following new features:
- Extra steel reinforced exterior corners, for added strength and durability.
- Side & Front forklift pick-up channels, for ease of manoeuvrability.
- Exterior strobe light, for ease of locating chamber in low light emergency situations.
- Entry step, incorporated into the rugged skid construction for ease of access.
RANA’s Tommyknocker mobile refuge chambers are constructed with strong formed steel panels that provide strength, yet remain relatively lightweight to accommodate underground mobility.
RANA’s Tommyknockers are specifically designed for underground 'Hard Rock' mining applications.
