• The development of each new mining security professional starts the day they commence employment with us
• The personnel arrive at Intiga as a Certificate II in Security Operations and generally only have senior first aid capabilities
• From the time of commencement staff are issued with the training documents for Certificate III in Security Operations and most importantly they must attend and become proficient in emergency services operations
• Once these course competencies are obtained, we then commence training to the level of 'Occupational First Aider' and the more advanced personnel to the level of 'Industrial Medic'
• On completion of their medical training, they then undertake training in Certificate III in Occupational Safety and Health and then Certificate IV in Occupational Safety and Health
