Hi-Vis personnel are highly experienced at assessing site safety and providing custom solutions for site safety optimisation for buildings, car parks, haul roads, intersections, and all types of custom signage such as blast boards.

Following a site visit, a comprehensive proposal containing site recommendations, full colour 'before' and 'after' images, full costings are provided. Hi-Vis has recently partnered with BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Xstrata, Centennial Coal, Vale Australia and Newcrest Mining for a range of site audit services on sites all over Australia.

Hi-Vis is a specialist in mining vehicle identification. Whether it be visitor, contractor vehicles, light site vehicles or major haul trucks, Hi-Vis can provide a supply and install solution for a huge range of vehicle striping and numbers, flags, beacons and lightbars, through to highly visible custom, LED mine truck numbers affixed to the top of haul trucks.

High-visibility LED mine safety products

Hi-Vis has one of the largest ranges of high-visibility safety products ex stock, many customisable and with LED options. We can provide everything from safety vests to LED blast cone sleeves and solar warning beacons.

Drill and blast safety equipment

Hi-Vis stock the largest range of specific products for drill and blast environments. Delineation of blast zones can be optimised by oversized triangles / pyramids, custom reflective sleeves, Hi-Vis reflectaline, solar warning beacons, custom blast boards using retro reflective technology for day and night time visibility, drill hole savers, misfire pockets, custom bollards and sleeves, fluoro site signage, magnetic vehicle signs, flags and spray marking paint.

Reflective underground mine signage

A range of standard and custom reflective underground signage is also available on either metal or PVC. We provide mine streamers, hang tags, the largest range of reflective tapes in Australia, custom manning boards, emergency glow sticks and swing stands.

We manufacture all types of custom, general and site signage, manufacturing everything ourselves in our own factory. Products include illustrated signs, custom signs, wayfinding, directional, haul roads, intersections, guide post delineations, target boards, Trojan skids, fluoro signage and engraved signage - we even do stickers and decals.

Blast boards, LTI boards and manning boards

Hi-Vis has an 8,000m? manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art robotic technologies which allow us to manufacture just about any sign to any specification. We use the latest in retro reflective products from 3M and Reflexite to ensure high visibility day and night.

We have a long history of research and development in this area and can custom design and manufacture any type of blast / LTI / manning board for your site, complete with energy efficient LED lighting, mains or solar powered with several different communications options available.

LED signs for mine sites

Hi-Vis invented the core technology for the LED flashing school zone signs. We have long-led the way with LED technology especially in its use on Australian mine sites. Custom LED solutions are available and we also stock a range of off-the-shelf industrial LED lighting solutions such as bay lights, office lights and LED tube lights.
