A1 First Aid Supplies is a Queensland-based company selling first aid kits and related products primarily to businesses and industries. Our representatives are based out in the field, from the Sunshine Coast through Brisbane, west to Toowoomba, south to the Gold Coast and also northern NSW. We provide first aid products to other areas of Australia; Proserpine, Mornington Island, as requested.

We provide a restocking service, free of charge, at regular intervals (if required) to maintain the first aid kits to workplace health and safety requirements. We do not overstock kits and our prices are very competitive.

The kits we sell fulfil workplace health and safety requirements and range from business, industry, construction and mining, to commercial kitchen, vehicle, marine, home, boat, caravan and remote kits, and can be customised to your needs.

Our representatives are committed to providing a prompt, comprehensive and friendly service to all our customers. They carry stock in their vehicles and respond to call-outs immediately as practicable.

Portable first aid kits, wall units and vehicle kits

We can supply a range of first aid kits, including portable first aid kits, wall units, vehicle kits and more. Most of our portable kits come in hard plastic boxes of different sizes depending on the risk environment. Some contain extra items for use in high risk environments, including extreme or remote working conditions where medical help could be hours away.

Our wall units are powder-coated metal boxes that range from small two-compartment units for low-risk environments, all the way up to large double-door wall cabinets that can be custom stocked depending on the risks and requirements of a specific environment.

For convenient storage in vehicles, A1 offers first aid kits in soft bags that can easily be stowed behind or under seats. Three sizes are available, all designed for the easy organisation of first aid products.

We also stock snake bite kits, which can be bought separately or as part of a fully stocked first aid kit.

First aid kit servicing and restocking

We are dedicated to giving you the best possible service in an open, honest and friendly manner so that we can build a relationship with you based on trust - we can then earn your business for the long term. Using A1 First Aid Supplies will make your first aid requirements one area of business management where you don't have to constantly monitor the activity and costs.

To give you the best service possible, we use a quote sheet based on the workplace health and safety requirements listed in your workplace health and safety journal, set out in much the same manner as it is in the journal, so as to help avoid any confusion between yourself, your staff and our people.

When we have written a quotation to supply a new kit or completed a service and quote on your existing first aid kit, we present this quote to the person responsible; they peruse the quote and make any alterations necessary to suit your requirements. Once we receive a go ahead, we pick the stock from our vehicle, empty the kit, clean it, restock it in a manner that will make it easy to find things if an accident should occur, we replace any damaged first aid stickers and warning labels and if necessary we can fit a certificate to show when and how often the kit is serviced.

We guarantee that if you believe that you have been supplied with any products above what you feel you need, we will take back any unopened and undamaged product and refund your money within seven days of invoice date.

We undertake workplace risk assessments free of charge, we have no service charge, no minimum purchase price, no delivery charge and you or your responsible person tells us what to do. If you require a regular recall, we can put you into our customer tracking system and you will be called on as often as you request at no calling cost.
