Filtroil, Inc. manufactures high quality by-pass filtration systems for hydraulic, engine, lubrication, light gear, and water glycol based oils. The systems remove particulate down to a sub-micron level keeping your oil two to five grades cleaner than brand new oil.

In addition, Filtroil offers portable filtration systems, desiccant breather filters, in-line pressure filters, oil analysis services and dedicated pump motor systems.

Dedicated filtration systems, our core product line, can be applied to stationary or mobile equipment helping maintain overall system cleanliness. The dedicated by-pass filtration units can be installed on individual pieces of equipment, removing contaminants and moisture to levels that will protect and prevent servo, proportional, and pump failures. While preventing failures on dirt sensitive equipment, Filtroil units will also extend oil life dramatically.

PORTABLE FILTRATION FOCUS CARTS

The Filtroil Focus portable filtration carts are effective at removing several pounds of dirt and moisture from oils. The units are easily moved around and have a significant flow rate with highly efficient sub-micron filtration accuracy.

These systems can be modified for any voltage requirements and have several features including easy element change, control panel with pressure gauge, timer, operating lamp and in-line protective filter.

The units can be used for dedicated oil reclamation or portable clean up for several pieces of equipment. The units come with hose and quick disconnects for easy operation.

IN-LINE REPLACEMENT FILTRATION ELEMENTS

Filtroil's in-line, return-line or spin-on replacement elements can be substituted for Pall, Hydac, and Parker elements. Our manufacturing process guarantees products to be equal to, or better than, the original equipment manufacture and are designed for longer life and larger dirt holding capacities, with the cleanest construction.

The Filtroil in-line pressure filters act as a protective filter preventing immediate damage to expensive hydraulic components. Optimally, Filtroil's dedicated by-pass filtration systems augment our in-line pressure filter products.

The by-pass filters are added to factory equipped in-line pressure filters in order to polish the oil several ISO grades cleaner, extending the life of in-line filters and, oil and dirt sensitive hydraulic components.

DESICCANT AIR BREATHER FILTERS

Filtroil's desiccant air breather filters remove 100% moisture from the air that machinery breathes as it works. Particulate removal is accurate down to 3µm. The breathers are easy to install and will remove the humidity that reduces the efficiency of machines through corrosion and degradation of the oil over time.

Filtroil's desiccant breathers can be used on any system that breathes in harmful humidity and particulates where clean dry air is a must.

OIL ANALYSIS PROGRAMS

Filtroil offers a wide variety of oil and fuel analysis kits with comprehensive on-line or faxed reports outlining all vital statistics regarding your industrial fluids. Kits can be purchased for hydraulic oil, engine oil, diesel fuel, and water glycol fluid.
