PGNAA ELEMENTAL ANALYSER

The SABIA elemental analyser is designed to be accurate, dependable, and cost effective. The design takes advantage of the latest developments in software, hardware and the internet to make a product that is truly revolutionary. The SABIA design reduces the total cost of ownership, and makes the analysers affordable for even the smallest operation. The result is a product that both large and small plants can afford.

This product is a high-performance full elemental analyzer (e.g. sulphur, aluminium, iron and silicon), with the ability to measures ash, specific energy and Sulphur with full elemental analysis. Moisture measurement is optional.

WEB-BASED ELEMENT ANALYSIS

The PGNAA elemental analyser is designed for in-line use, with a web-based user interface. It measures 100% of the material under analysis, making it highly reliable. The results are reported over web pages, and over PLC interface. The product is simple to install in existing facilities and easy to calibrate.

ASHSCAN: COAL ASH ANALYSER

Designed and manufactured by RTI, the AshScan will provide accurate ash measurement of bulk coal streams in real time.

The analysis technique uses low-energy gamma radiation directed through the material on a moving conveyor. With delivery of rapid real-time results, and no preparation or analysis of samples required, this product is designed for long-lasting reliability and efficiency.

RTI manufacture a range of belt weighers with a unique counter-balanced advance/retreat weigh frame design offering. RTI offers belt weighers for the following applications:

• Low belt-loading applications (low bulk density materials)

NUCLEONIC DENSITY GAUGES

RTI’s digital density gauge is used for the nucleonic density measurement of slurries, sewerage sludge and liquids. RTI supply, install, commission, certify and service density gauges. This turnkey installation reduces overall costs while eliminating multiple orders and management. RTI undertake and manage all necessary radiation documentation for Queensland Health and necessary compliance certification in a single order.

TRAMP: METAL DETECTOR

The Tectron Tramp metal detector is designed to detect ferrous and non-ferrous metal in the presence of materials transported on conveyor sections. Tectron use a unique ‘pulsed eddy current’ technique for optimum metal detection sensitivity and noise rejection. The ‘pulsed eddy current’ technique has the major benefit of being able to detect tramp metal in the presence of magnetic and conductive materials.

STORM-PROOF METAL DETECTION

The system will also tolerate changes in product properties without tripping.

The system electronics have been designed to distinguish electrical noise from a legitimate metal signal. Incoming noise signals are blocked from downstream circuitry to reduce the chance of false triggering/tripping depending on how the system is configured.
