ENGINE HEAT SHIELDS AND EXHAUST INSULATION

The Joustoliitin range of engine heat shields and exhaust insulation, are capable of resisting extremely high temperatures. Engine heat shields and exhaust insulation are constructed to operate in conditions where the highest temperatures and severe vibration is the norm.

The application of Joustoliitin's exhaust insulation onto catalytic converters ensures that exhaust gases are burnt leaner, reducing emissions and improving engine performance. Engine heat shields and exhaust insulation reduce risk of fire and staff will no longer be exposed to hazardous high surface-temperatures associated with exhausts, manifolds, turbo-chargers and pipe-work.

REMOVABLE AND REUSABLE INSULATION BLANKETS

Joustoliitin removable and reusable insulation blankets are specially designed to fit around manifolds, turbochargers, elbows, pipe sections, flexes and fittings. Our insulating blankets are fitted and laced together using special stainless steel wire. Other fastening methods are available on request. Once we understand your needs we will recommend the materials best suited for your situation.
