Hydraulic dust and odour suppression machines

The complete range is manufactured in modules to enable variations and upgrades even after the initial purchase. Through extensive aerodynamic studies and testing we have developed a range which has by far the lowest energy consumption worldwide. It is entirely engineered with finite element programs and is made to suit any site.

Akkuajet has the largest range of hydraulic dust and odor suppression configurations and options available in the world. The range includes fixed or self-contained mobile machines, trailer or crawler mounted, completed by diesel generators, water pumps and water tanks. 

Hydraulic dust and odor suppression machines for extreme temperatures

All machine components are enclosed in a heated body, designed to fight against freezing conditions, and are able to operate at extreme temperatures. All motions are permitted by a hydraulic control unit. The inclination angle of the blowers can be varied from -15° / +50°. The rotation motion can be programmed 0°- 320° from the control board.

The system can be programmed to exclude the spraying of a desired area, in automatic mode, and to programme spraying time, perimeter, water quantity, operation start and stop time. Components are made in stainless or high steels of fair thickness and are made to last forever.
