Nordic Lights

Nordic Lights - LED, Xenon and Halogen Work Lights

Founded in 1992, Nordic Lights is now one of the leading companies in mobile lighting, catering specifically the extreme working conditions that prevail in the on and off-road industry. We manufacture a wide range of LED work lights, high intensity gas discharge (HID) xenon work lights and halogen work lights.

Advanced LED, xenon and halogen work lights

Nordic Lights’ prime focus is on the development and supply of advanced LED, xenon and halogen work lights, as well as headlights for demanding industries such as mining, drilling, earth moving, material handling and forestry.

By offering tailor-made solutions, Nordic Lights helps the customer produce world-class work machines. Our highly durable products are used as standard equipment by major OEMs, such as Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu, Sandvik Tamrock, Atlas Copco, Liebherr, etc.

High-visibility optic work lights

A powerful machine requires powerful lights. The high-quality optics of the lights support your machines in maintaining their high level of productivity and safety during the night. Using Nordic Lights work lights ensures that darkness, vibration, shock, dust and humidity will not decrease visibility in situations where the results of your work and your working safety depend on light.

Customer-specific work lights

Nordic Lights work lights can be varied in many different ways to suit different applications and work conditions. A large number of the products we make are tailored to the needs of the customer. A combination of different lenses, fittings, vibration dampeners and cable connections can be applied to optimise a light for a specific set of conditions.

LED work lights

Nordic LED work lights are designed for extremely tough applications where high service life and durability is important. Low power consumption and multi-voltage use combined with superior illumination and extremely long life makes the LED work light suitable for most applications in the industry.

Waterproof and vibration-resistant LED lights

The LED work light is completely waterproof and vibration resistant, which gives the most requiring customer a product that exceeds all expectations.

HID (high intensity gas discharge) work lights

Nordic HIDs (high intensity gas discharge) absorb much of the vibration caused when working in harsh environments. The solid construction of these xenon work lights, with their unique dampening system, means they have extremely high resistance to shock, vibration, water, dust and falling objects.

With no filament to break, the HID bulbs offer a longer service life, which equates to less downtime, minimum maintenance and lower energy consumption. Having greater luminosity than halogen work lights and a light similar to daylight, Nordic HID lights support your machines in maintaining their high level of productivity and safety by improving visibility, thereby reducing eye strain and fatigue.

Halogen work lights

Nordic’s halogen work lights, N300, N200, N100 and N25, are solid, compact, easily serviceable and reliable partners in demanding work and working conditions. N300 work lights are oval shaped and the reflectors are designed in free-form optics. Some lamps have two bulbs, which give extremely efficient and even light. The Nordic 300 Twinpower twin bulb system has been equipped with a vibration damper.

N200 lamps are classics of Nordic Lights and they are used in many different areas of industry because of their endurance and solid construction. N100 is a work light which is suitable for locations that require wide illumination. Lamps from this series are also available in built-in design. N25 lamps have been designed for machines where space is limited.
