Rapid auto-roll doors

With opening and closing speeds of up to 1.8m/sec these doors can provide a highly efficient solution to your opening problems. The RL3000 series of rapid auto-roll doors is fully manufactured in Sydney, and has been carefully designed to suit your exact needs.

This model is now available with the option to suit either a single phase or three phase power supply.
We have a variety of options for you to choose from including variable speed control, soft-start soft-stop of a door panel, battery backup for power loss situations, and a variety of activation options. These allow you to obtain the optimum performance for your traffic flow.

The RL3000 componentry design is deceptively simple and can accommodate door sizes up to 6mH x 6mW. Installation is simple, and this can be a major benefit and saving to country and overseas customers by using local technical trades or maintenance persons.

High-speed Efaflex turbo doors

Efaflex high-speed turbo doors are the unique result of creative and innovative German engineering. The result is a high-speed door, for internal or external use, consisting of either extruded aluminium sections, thermal or acrylic glass walled laths which run on roller system spiral design, for fast and quiet operation.

These are the premium high speed door on the global market, and DMF are proud to be their exclusive distributor for the Australian market, and we have trained teams throughout Australia.

These doors are designed for high frequency of use, can operate up to 4m/sec, and depending on the model, can accommodate openings up to 8mH x 8mW. They are suitable for high wind applications with design resistance of up to 170km/h, and will provide greater security than the standard roller shutter door.

Safety is important for these fast action doors, and so specialised light curtains are included preventing any injury potential to operators. There are other forms of optional safety, including laser scanning to determine personnel in the door vicinity, emergency opening in power failure, see through sections, traffic lights and alarm systems.

Swingflex doors

The Swingflex MK5 range is the answer to all your pedestrian and light vehicle doorway needs. They swing in both directions and close automatically by a concealed spring design. The MK5 is manufactured to specific requirements from a unique cost-efficient modular componentry.

Swingflex MK5 doors are suitable for opening up to 3mH x 3mW for double door arrangements. The standard twin-blade brush that seals to the back edge of the door frame makes the Swingflex MK5 one of the most efficient doors available to be used against draughts, wind, noise, heat, cold, dust, fumes and insects. Using special-grade PVC, doors can be used as ante doors in freezer application.

Strip doors and individual barriers for the mining industry

Visiflex strip doors and industrial barriers help save energy, improve comfort and safety, and protect any industry.
