The Bossltg Signature light tower represents the very best in concept design features specifically assembled for the open pit mining industry. Bossltg uses as standard the new CAT light-tower designated diesel engine #3011 from the most recognized name in construction equipment, Caterpillar. A Newage 6,000W transformer-style generator offers a 50Hz or 60Hz feature. Spring-mounted floodlighting brackets enable the lighting fixtures to be capable of withstanding the abusive nature of mining applications. The 30ft electric telescoping tower can be rotated 360º. A five-point outrigger system allows floodlight operation at full-extended height in load conditions exceeding 50mph (65mph maximum). The 50-gallon fuel tank provides for 100-hour operating cycles between fuelling periods.

ULTIMATE LIGHT TOWER - PORTABLE STADIUM-STYLE FLOODLIGHTING

The Ultimate by Bossltg is the largest light tower produced in North America. Sixteen 1,500W metal halide floodlights mounted on a 60ft electric telescoping tower powered by a 30kW diesel powered gen-set package provide unparalleled lighting. The Ultimate is capable of illuminating over 70 areas with a floodlight beam projection reaching 2,000ft from the light source. The system is assembled on a 32ft long, specially designed, towable trailer with an outrigger system capable of supporting the sixteen floodlights at a 60ft height in wind loads exceeding 50mph.

Ultimate is the ideal lighting source for open pit mining requiring elevated light sources above normal grades to ensure reduced shadowing effect and equipment operator glare.

TRUCK MOUNTED LIGHT TOWER - OFF-ROAD RUGGED DESIGN

The Bossltg truck-bed mounted light tower package is built to withstand the rugged abuse of off-road conditions. Designed to fit within a standard six-foot long pick-up truckload bed, this light tower system is designed to operate even while the vehicle is traveling.

Remote start / stop / tower pivot / telescoping / floodlight controls are positioned within the cab of the vehicle. Four 1,000W metal halide or HPS floodlights are mounted within spring support brackets to absorb road shock and vibration while traveling. Floodlights can project both a wide beam floodlight with a 1,000ft projection. The truck-bed mounted light tower package is the perfect light tower package for emergency response crews and job-site production managers.
