BORING RIGS

We manufacture a self-propelled drilling rig (with diesel drive) designed for drilling vertical and inclined holes at opencast mining. Preferably, the drill is used for drilling rocks with hardness of 4-18 units according to the Protodyakonov scale.

We also produce a blasthole drilling rig. Self-propelled crauler mounted drilling machines are designed for the roller bit drilling of vertical and inclined blastholes and are used in mining mineral resources, as well as in building canals and hydro technical facilities

THROW SCREENS

Our light-duty throw screens are designed for the dry screening of coal, anthracite, combustible shale and other bulk materials. These screens are designed for screening during dewatering, wet and dry screening of pit coal, anthracite, combustible shale and other bulk materials as well as for suspension washing-off.

Heavy-duty throw screens are designed for dry screening of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ores and other bulk materials into two or three classes as per lump size.

FEEDERS

Our feeders are designed for uniform output from bunkers, funnels and other reservoirs of lump and granular materials with volumetric mass of bulk material of 2t/m³-2.5t/m³. The feeder is constructed for uniform output to technological machines.

LOW-MAGNETIC ORE SEPARATORS

Our range of separators includes separators for the dry magnetic concentration of low-magnetic ores, for dressing rare-metal concentrates and for various products. They implement deironing with separation into the following products: non-magnetic, interim and magnetic.

We manufacture a separator for dry concentration of fine-crushed highly magnetic ores, as well as for extraction of ferromagnetic impurities from chips and lump rejects of non-ferrous metals and their alloys. Our separator for the regeneration of heavy media includes magnetite weighing material and is suitable for wet concentration of magnetite ores.

DRILLING TOOLS

Our drilling bits include air percussion drilling bits, drilling heads for drilling with recovery of core, chisel bars and chisel tool air hammers and jack bits.
