W.S. Zeeuwen Shipyards - Shipbuilding and Dredging Equipment

The company W.S. Zeeuwen was established in the year 2000. We are a company that specialises in providing equipment and services to the biggest dredging companies in the world. We pride ourselves in the fact that we work to very high standards on all of our jobs regardless if a project is big or small. We offer new and second-hand pipes for sand, water or other materials. Our pipes include spiral, longitude welded with flanges and pipes welded on location.

SHIP WELDING, MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION

We have all the materials and machines for welding, maintenance and construction work on location or on our premises. We make steel boats, work ships, steel yachts, multicast, pontoons and a range of floating vessels. We can also make and deliver all kinds of materials for the dredging industries including valves, steel curves, construction and all kinds of steal work.

DREDGING EQUIPMENT SERVICING

We have had tremendous success in serving some of the biggest dredging companies in the world and have had numerous clients who have been extremely satisfied with our work over the last couple of years.

We have our own facilities in the Netherlands but are also comfortable providing products and services on location. As a company we have qualified engineers and technicians that handle all the jobs we get through. Overall there are ten employees working for W.S. Zeeuwen. We also have the capability of subcontracting a workforce for bigger jobs.

We are happy to service any business from the Netherlands and are also interested in business from any international locations. Some of the clients we have worked for include Boskalis, Van Oord ACZ and other small dredging firms.

SECOND HAND PIPES FOR MATERIAL HANDLING

At W.S. Zeeuwen we have many years' experience in designing and installing second-hand pipe systems to handle anything from water to sand. We have all the equipment necessary to do welding, maintenance and construction on site or in our own facilities.

Some of the projects that we have completed in the past include welding work for construction maintenance where welding is done by hand or with a machine using electrodes, CO2, etc. We have also been involved in maintenance of all kinds of companies from the food industry to carpet manufacturers.

DREDGING EQUIPMENT AND PARTS

W.S. Zeeuwen has the expertise to provide all kinds of dredging equipment and parts. Some of the dredging parts that we can supply include:

• Valves for the dredging industry from 200mm up to 1,200mm low pressure or high pressure up to 25bar
• Steel curves out of one piece or made from segments in diameters raising up to 2,000mm or more
• All kinds of steal works including steel pipes to steel construction, landing piers for ships and building (inventing) machines for our own use

Some of the other business that W.S. Zeeuwen is involved with include the design and construction of steel boats, as well as repair work building of small sections of steel boats. We also design and construct a range of small work boats for the dredging companies like multicat's, pontoons, parts (sections) for dredge ships.
