The VSI5X series vertical shaft impact crusher has a deep cavity-type rotor design optimized to increase material pass-through volume by 30%, a wear shield that improves material utilization and increases service life by more than 48%, and a modular-design hammer to replace worn parts when wear out (reducing costs by more than 30%). A vice hammer effectively prevent damage to stand plates after wear out. The core material is abrasion-resistant, wear-resistant and temperature-resistant.
A diamond-shaped impact block avoids stand plate damage after wear out, and an optimal shooting mouth and more fluid curve-shaped design reduce material flow resistance and improve material pass-through capacity. Dual-use bulk material plates make it easy to achieve two feeding conversion methods.
A special seal structure in the spindle end ensures no oil leak even without oil seal. A hydraulic opening device uses Japanese parts, and quickly and easily moves the upper lid, so the internal mechanical overhaul and replacement requires less labour effort. A high protection motor, which features high efficiency and low noise, meets International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), F-class insulation and IP54/55 protection level standards.
