Process control

Metso’s high fidelity simulation (HFS) technology improves the performance of rock size reduction processes and the design of wear parts, reducing the specific energy consumption of its crushing and grinding systems.

OCS© (optimizing control system) is a unique software package developed specifically for process control. It features all of the tools and functionality required to simplify and enhance application development and maintenance.

Innovative elastomer and composite wear protection materials reduce wear, dust emissions and noise, while OCS improves the recovery of valuable minerals and reduces the volume of process tailings and waste per ton of product.

Crushers
