MANUFACTURING FEEDERS

CRUSHERS, IMPACTORS, HAMMER MILLS

DRY AND WET PROCESS SCREENING EQUIPMENT

MBE supplies a wide range of screening equipment for dry and wet processes including screens required for asphalt plants. The screening equipment range includes circular motion screens, linear motion screens, banana screens, roller screens and multi deck screens.

GRINDING MILLS

MBE's grinding mills range includes ball mill and rod mill. These grinding mills can be used for any material and required capacity in dry and wet processes.

ROTARY BREAKERS AND SCRUBBERS

Rotary breakers are designed to handle run-of-mine coal. The rotary breaker offers positive control of the top size and breaks up large laminated lumps separating coal and shale.

MBE offers rotary scrubbers in tyre-mounted and trunnion-mounted systems. The rotary scrubbers are used for washing ore through a scrubbing process.

MAGNETIC SEPARATION EQUIPMENT

The magnetic separation equipment includes magnetic plates, grates, and traps, rolls and tubes, drum separators, ferrous traps, magnetic pulleys, magnetic sweepers, non-ferrous eddy current separators and electromagnetic separators. Our magnetic separation equipment is used for removing fine and large tramp iron from various materials.

PARTICULATE HANDLING SAMPLING SYSTEMS

MBE offers a wide range of sampling systems for handling particulate solids and slurries. The range of sampling systems include cross belt samplers, PRL rotary samplers, PRV samplers, sampler crushers as well as sample division / collection and secondary / laboratory equipment.

SLURRY PUMPS

MBE manufactures slurry pumps as per the design standards of SALA International AB of Sweden. The slurry pumps are used for transportation of solids such as coal and other mineral ores.

PORT HANDLING EQUIPMENT

The company offers a complete range of port handling equipment including ship loaders, ship unloaders, container cranes, all varieties of gantry cranes, electric wharf cranes, level luffing cranes and portal cranes.
