Breaker Technology

CEMTEC provides a wide range of grinding mills, which can be used for wet and dry processes in open and closed circuits.	The CEMTEC pelletising disc is available in different sizes with automatically adjustable disc speed and dist inclination.	CEMTEC granulating drums are designed for the granulation of sludge.
CEMTEC rotary dryers are available in various designs for the thermal treatment of bulk materials, industrial minerals and ore.	CEMTEC AG and ball mills for primary, secondary, regrinding and fine grinding for wet and dry applications.

Crusher Manganese Steels

Fractum
Fractum breaker is a specialised secondary rock breaker, capable of processing over 150t basalt rocks.	Rock breaking of over sized boulders.	Designed to keep shelling from rock pieces to a minimum, the Fractum Breaker can be safely operated in close proximity to other quarrying machines.
The free-fall Fractum breaker, accurately guided inside a chassis, fits to any brand of excavator from 25t to 60t.	Rock breaking of 10t boulder in one blow.

The MQ range of pedestal booms are designed to safely and efficiently solve blockage problems on primary crushers. McQuaid’s demolition grabs are a fast and efficient way of handling and processing construction and demolition waste materials.

Metso
Perfecting the process: a dedicated process technology group provides analysis and controls to optimize minerals processing circuits and systems.	Metso provides Nordberg SUPERIOR primary gyratory crushers, and the preferred secondary and tertiary crushers for the mining market for high-capacity crushing applications.	The VERTIMILL is a versatile tool for primary, secondary, regrind, fine grinding and lime slaking. MMD
An MMD 1500 series three-tooth primary sizer, capable of capacities in excess of 10,000t/hr.	MMD heavy-duty apron plate feeders transport raw material to the crushing plant; standard widths available are 1,500mm, 2,000mm, 3,000mm and 4,000mm on D4, D7, D9 and D11 Caterpillar chains.	MMD 500 series twin-shaft sizer at a conveyor transfer point.
