Our Corporate Headquarters resides in the heart of Gorj mining area, in Tg-Jiu.  The complex covers an expansive 15,000m² with offices, warehouses, a fabrication shop, machine shop, equipment shop, and equipment lay-down area.

BUCKET WHEEL EXCAVATORS, SPREADERS AND BELT CONVEYORS

MARSAT can provide complete bucket wheel excavators, spreaders and belt conveyors. These complex bucket wheel excavator systems involve several interrelated machines, including the bucket wheel excavator, spreader, mobile transfer conveyors and shiftable conveyors.

We also provide relocation and modernisation services, including dismounting, assembly, transport, improving reliability, montage and setting in motion of high capacity rotor excavators, dumpers and conveyor belts.

Through the years, we have gained invaluable experience in major repair, overhaul and upgrade work for mining equipment under the tight schedule restraints that are typical in open-pit mining operations.

ELECTRONIC CONTROLS, PLC AND INSTRUMENTATION

Through our many years of experience executing a wide variety of tasks in the electrical and instrumentation field, we have gained the expertise to build, renovate, upgrade, modernize or replace a broad range of facilities and equipment.

MARSAT has provided service for clients through a variety of projects, some of which have included work on distributed controls, PLC installation and programming, instrumentation installation.

MINE MONITORING AND CONTROL SYSTEMS

MARSAT has strong experience in operation and monitoring control systems for the mining industry, including the implementation of the SCADA systems (Supervision, Control And Data Acquisition). We have also been active in the execution of monitoring systems, common diagram systems, intercommunication systems and telephone systems, including on optic support.
