LABORATORY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS

PRE-INSTALLATION SYSTEM TESTING

The entire software system is tested under realistic conditions prior to delivery. This test ensures straightforward system integration into the plant or laboratory. The test is conducted with all logical interfaces in place, such as pneumatic tube conveyors, robots, and other transport systems, as the system is put through its paces. Additionally, IMP has a team of technicians ready to assist customers with any future maintenance needs.

Once given a set of requirements, our planning teams and a designated project manager implement all planning tasks and draw up detailed conceptual designs in close co-operation with the customer. Important nodes within the system are discussed in detail, to ensure that all requirements can be met on a timely basis. This early attention to detail creates a solid foundation for the work to come, guaranteeing reliability at later stages and on site.

IMP Automation provides complete support throughout the entire automation process, including the feasibility stage, the conceptual design phase, planning, assembly, commissioning, training and client hand over.
