Grünewald

Grünewald - Control and Measuring Systems

Grünewald GmbH is renowned for its standard of high-quality and continuous development in the field of control and measuring engineering. Our foundation is based upon skilled and trained staff, the most state-of-the-art production procedures, internal process optimisation, high-quality raw materials as well as certified quality control.

Due to the high adherence to customer demand, we distribute our in Germany-manufactured products worldwide.

Our long term experience is our greatest strength. Constant public relations and the resulting feed back feeds out innovations, flexibility and our requirement-orientated development.

Finest measuring engineering with long lasting durability under very difficult conditions, even in explosion endangered areas, are our strength. We specialise in building measuring instruments for the coal mining industry.

VOLUME FLOW MEASURING

Intrinsically safe volume flow measuring instruments:

  • 0L/min - 20L/min up to 0m³/h - 600m³/h
  • Nominal pressure 16bar up to 200bar
  • Transmitted as an analogous measured value signal range 5Hz - 15Hz and / or 0/4mA - 20mA
  • Transmitted as a digital boundary value 0% - 50% and 50% - 100% infinitely adjustable

FLOW INDICATOR

The volume is shown as analogous display on the flow indicator.

Monitoring function: integrated boundary value contact activation and deactivation-point infinitely adjustable.

PRESSURE MEASURING

Intrinsically safe pressure measuring instruments:

  • 0bar - 100bar up to 0bar - 600bar
  • 12V power supply
  • The pressure signal is analogously transmitted with a signal range of 5Hz -15Hz and/or 0/4mA - 20mA or 5Hz - 15Hz and/or 0V-5V respectively. Both signals can be carried out separately or combined

TEMPERATURE MEASURING

Secure temperature measuring instruments:

  • Measuring range: -10°C to +100°C
  • 12V power supply
  • The temperature signal is analogously transmitted with a signal range of 5Hz - 15Hz and/or 0/4mA - 20mA or 5Hz - 15Hz and/or 0V - 5V respectively
  • Both signals can be carried out separately or combined

LEVEL MEASURING

Intrinsically safe level measuring instruments:

  • Measuring range: -10°C to +100°C
  • Any tank or containers of any size or depth can be monitored and measured
  • 12V power supply
  • The height signal is analogously transmitted with a signal range of 5Hz - 15Hz and/or 0/4mA - 20mA or 5Hz - 15Hz and/or 0V - 5V respectively
  • Both signals can be carried out separately or combined

THERMO SWITCH

Monitoring conveyor belt systems with gauge accuracy ±5% from end-value, switch off capability with increasing and decreasing temperatures.

REGULATING VALVES

Intrinsically safe measuring instruments:

  • Nominal width DN 50 up to DN 300
  • Nominal pressure 40bar or 63bar
  • 12V power supply
  • The signal is analogously transmitted with a signal range of 5Hz - 15Hz and/or 0/4mA - 20mA or 5Hz - 15Hz and/or 0V - 5V respectively

In other cases of operation we build:

  • Special measuring instruments for your requirement
  • Combinations of e.g. volume flow and pressure
  • Heat exchanger monitoring units
  • Or items made to order
