"Don’t go underground alone… bring your DAD along!"

AMR announces an unmatched addition to its MC-4000 Mine Monitoring System, the Data Acquisition Display or DAD. The DAD greatly expands maintenance personnel’s ability to monitor and troubleshoot the entire MC-4000 system while inside the mine. The DAD also virtually eliminates time spent communicating with personnel outside the mine at the MC-4000 Master Station.

Capabilities

In Listen Mode, DAD views real-time:

  • Remotes/sensors'
  • Alarms and locations
  • Comm and enable/disable status
  • Digital, analog and control channels
Comm line status for:
  • Voltage levels
  • Errors
  • Bias and termination
In Poll Mode DAD:
  • Acts as the Master Station to poll remotes/sensors
  • Selectively polls system branches to isolate problems
  • Views same status as in Listen Mode

Features
  • Backlit touchscreen LCD
  • System configuration downloadable via serial port direct or with optional interface module
  • Battery backup with down-line charging
  • “Sleep” mode to conserve power

Models
  • Rugged, hand-carried portable
  • Fixed-mount section remote
  • Integrated into BMS-4000 Belt Master
