Cytec to Adjust Pricing for Mineral Processing and Solvent Extraction Products

Cytec Industries announced today the implementation of a global price adjustment of 7 to 15 percent on all mining products used in mineral processing and solvent extraction including AEROFROTH frothing agents, OREPREP frothing agents, AEROPHINE promoter, SUPERFLOC flocculants, AERODRI surfactant, AEROFLOAT flotation reagents, AERO promoter, ACORGA extraction reagents and CYANEX solvent extraction reagents products. This adjustment, effective June 1, 2008, is being implemented to offset the increased costs of raw materials, energy and transportation.
