Anionic, cationic and non-ionic flocculants

3F Chimica produces a wide range of anionic, cationic and non-ionic flocculants in powder and emulsion forms, providing various molecular weights and charge densities.

Flocculants, in particular polyacrylamides, are used in mining to quickly separate solids from liquids, increase the aggregation of the particles and product recovery, reduce costs and process time working with quality and efficiency.

Polyamines, polydadmacs and coagulants

3F Chimica produces polyamines, polydadmacs and organic, inorganic and blended coagulants at varying molecular weights. They are used for the treatment of fine particles in aqueous suspension, sedimentation, floatation and filtration processes.

De-foamers, anti-foamers and de-aerators

3F Chimica provides several oil, water or silicon-based products to control, destroy or prevent foam.

Floating and dipersant agents

3F Chimica supplies floating and dipersant agents, which are used to help drills run smoother and deeper. They can also modify and control mud and slurry viscosity. Dispersant agents are useful in different applications such as: the grinding of solids that are then dispersed in a liquid; ceramics industry; slurries of calcium carbonate; slurries of kaolin.

Waste water treatment, drilling, water recovery, recycling and extraction

3F Chimica’s chemicals are used in waste water treatment, drilling, water recovery and recycling to aid the sedimentation, floatation and filtration processes, wash materials, and in other mining applications for the extraction of:
